The IMD has forecast heavy rainfall across Andhra Pradesh from November 30 to December 3 due to cyclonic storm Ditwah, which is moving northwards at 10 kmph. Isolated areas in Tirupati and Chittoor are expected to experience significant rainfall, with thunderstorms and squally winds also anticipated. Ditwah, named by Yemen, refers to a lagoon in Socotra.
