10-minute exercise routine to lose belly fat

If you are someone with a busy schedule and want to lose belly fat, here is a 10-minute exercise routine for you.

Crunches

Practice two to three sets of 10 crunches. You can take 10-second breaks in between to breathe and relax. This exercise targets your core muscles and tones your abdominal muscles. It is excellent for losing belly fat. 

Plank

Practice two sets of planks for one minute each. This exercise engages your core and abdominal muscles and helps lose belly fat.

Burpees

Burpees are an excellent cardiovascular exercise that helps you to tone your body muscles. Practice two minutes of burpees every day to lose belly fat.

Mountain climbers

This exercise requires you to come into a plank position and bring your knees to your chest one by one. Do this for two minutes to tone your ab muscles and lose belly fat.

Skipping

Skipping can help reduce belly fat, and tighten and tone your abdominal muscles. Practice this exercise every day for at least two minutes to lose excess fat.
