5 Drinks To Promote Weight Loss

Ginger and lemon water

Blend a small piece of ginger with water to form a paste. Mix 1 tbsp of it into lukewarm water and squeeze half a lemon. Have this drink every day to lose weight

Jeera water

Add half tbsp of jeera powder (cumin powder) to 1 glass of water and have it on an empty stomach. This is a great homemade drink to boost your metabolism and lose weight

Green tea

Opt for green tea over milk tea as it is rich in antioxidants like catechins that improve metabolism and aid weight loss

Apple cider vinegar drink

Have 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water before meals to improve digestion, increase satiety and promote weight loss

Chia seed water

Soak 1 tbsp of chia seeds in a glass of water overnight and have it first thing in the morning. Chia seeds keep you full for longer and prevent you from overeating
