Your new breakfast favourite: Protein-packed French toast

Are you a breakfast fanatic who loves it anytime? Try this protein-packed French toast recipe—it’s flavorful, filling, and perfect for any meal!

Ingredients: 3-4 slices of bread, 1 egg, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp vanilla protein, 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method: Mix together the egg, milk, protein powder and cinnamon really well.

You can use a whisk or a hand held mixer to help blend the protein powder in, that’s the hardest part!

Dip the bread into the mixture. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil or butter. Cook for a few minutes on each side!
