The incident resulted in minor injuries for Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Skylar Thompson. According to source, he did not need hospital care, The Irish Times reported.
Although he is on the team, Thompson is not anticipated to participate. He is now on the reserve team due to a hamstring injury on September 10.
As the NFL is expanding internationally, the Steelers will meet the Minnesota Vikings in Croke Park on Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
