Recently, a company named Nausha Electric Scooter has built an affordable EV, which reportedly costs only ₹35,000. A unique Electric Motorcycle
Nausha Electric Motorcycle, the company which manufactures this E-bike claims that none of its parts are imported from China but has been made entirely from scrap. The owner has built the bike out of his passion and hobby.
The manufacturers say a budget of ₹40,000 was spent to make the first prototype. But it was completed in just ₹35,000. The makers claim they have received several orders for the EV from across the country and even from abroad. Although it is not yet available for sale. But they are expecting to launch it in market soon.
In other news, the Uttar Pradesh government has announced that the EVs manufactured in the state will be exported to other South Asian countries and even to United States. For this, the government is planning to spend $19-20 billion on development of auto sector which will need 9,000-10,000 acres of land in central and western UP.
