Bone-biting cold grips Valley, temps drop to minus 6°C
Kashmir has been experiencing severe cold, with minimum temperatures plummeting below zero, reaching -4.4°C in Srinagar, significantly below normal. The region is under foggy conditions, causing school closures for younger students.
