A CBI court in Panchkula has charged four Haryana Police officers in the 2017 murder of a seven-year-old Gurugram boy, which ignited national outrage and revealed police investigation flaws. The accused, including Narinder Singh Khatana, face serious IPC charges. Initially, a bus conductor was wrongfully accused, leading to a CBI investigation that identified a 16-year-old as the actual perpetrator.
