Ludhiana (rural) police arrested Harjobanpreet Singh, the third suspect in the murder of 25-year-old kabaddi player Tejpal Singh, shot dead on October 31. The police had previously arrested two others. Investigations continue to trace the weapon and identify additional suspects. The case was registered following a complaint from Tejpal's father after the incident near a hospital.
