A policeman was killed and a terrorist likely injured during a gunfight in Udhampur district, Jammu and Kashmir, on Monday evening. Security forces initiated the operation after receiving intel on three terrorists linked to Jaish-e-Mohammad. The encounter began around 6 pm, with operations paused for the night due to challenging conditions, set to resume at dawn.
