A three-year-old boy, Ali, died in a tragic accident in Dwarka, southwest Delhi, when a van struck the bike he was riding with neighbor Vishnu Singh, who was severely injured. The van driver, Deepak Dharampal, 27, was apprehended by locals and arrested by police for negligence and rash driving. Ali's father stated they had been neighbors for over five years.
