The Delhi High Court clarified it has not granted an interim stay on the Delhi Legislative Assembly's proceedings against former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia regarding the "phansi ghar" controversy. The court noted the maintainability of their petition is doubtful and scheduled the next hearing for December 12, amidst disputes over the Assembly's authority.
