The Delhi Legislative Assembly argued in court that petitions from former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia regarding summons from the Privileges Committee over the "Phansi Ghar" controversy were "premature." The committee is still fact-finding and has yet to issue any breach of privilege allegations. The next hearing is set for January 8.
