The New Delhi Municipal Council will launch a cleanup and repainting initiative in Connaught Place to restore its iconic corridors, affected by stains and damage. The four-month project will involve extensive surface restoration and repainting, alongside repairs of subway escalators and the musical fountain at Central Park. A crackdown on violators and increased awareness campaigns will also be implemented to maintain cleanliness.
