The Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) has formed five teams to investigate violations in over 4,000 homes in DLF phases one to five, following a Punjab and Haryana High Court directive. Property owners must respond to violation notices by January 16, with the next court hearing set for January 30. This enforcement stems from a 2021 petition regarding illegal constructions in residential areas.
