The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) plans to create five model junctions to enhance traffic discipline in collaboration with the traffic police. Infrastructure upgrades will include lane markings, pedestrian crossings, and CCTV enforcement. CEO PC Meena emphasized improving public transport and commuter safety, with future expansions including 100 new electric buses and an upgraded bus app for better user experience.
