Gurugram Metro Rail Limited has requested the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran to relocate the Naharpur Rupa police post, which obstructs the casting yard entrance at Transport Nagar. The contractor, Dilip Buildcon, cited movement issues for large vehicles essential for the metro project. Construction is set to accelerate mid-November, involving a 15.22km viaduct and multiple metro stations.
