Donation box stolen from Sheetla Mata temple, CCTV captures youth hesitating before theft

A donation box was stolen from the Sheetla Mata temple in Sadar, with CCTV footage showing a young man hesitating before the theft. Police have launched a search operation, suspecting the thief may be a minor.
