Senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan and his son Abdullah were sentenced to seven years in prison by a Rampur court for obtaining two PAN cards with different birth dates. They were found guilty of forgery and fined ₹50,000 each. Azam Khan has faced multiple legal challenges, totaling 104 cases since 2019.
