Kokhraj police in Kaushambi have filed a case against seven individuals, including ex-BJP MLA Sanjay Gupta, for allegedly unlawfully seizing a woman’s house following a complaint to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The victim, Rajdulari Kesarwani, claims a fraudulent inheritance deed was executed post her husband's death in 2005. Gupta denies involvement, citing conspiracy claims.
