A 25-year-old man, Ravi Sharma, died in Shahjahanpur after a banned nylon kite string, known as 'Manjha', slit his throat while he rode his motorcycle with his wife. Despite wearing a helmet, he was fatally injured. His family demands action against those selling the banned string. The National Green Tribunal had previously imposed a ban on such materials due to safety concerns.
