A businessman from Santacruz, Alpesh Ratilal Patel, was allegedly swindled of ₹74 lakh by Vaibhav Thakkar, who posed as the personal assistant of Maharashtra's Chief Minister. Thakkar later vanished, prompting Patel to file a complaint with the police.
