Court allows NSE to intervene in case against Madhabi Buch, others
A special court has allowed the National Stock Exchange (NSE) to intervene in proceedings against former SEBI chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch and others, citing the need to present "true and correct facts." The case stems from a complaint alleging stock market fraud from 1994. NSE aims to contest the allegations, with the issue also pending before the Bombay High Court.
