Maharashtra's Mhada luxury apartments, priced up to ₹7.58 crore, remain unsold despite two lotteries in 2023 and 2024, as applicants backed out. Mhada has now shifted to a first-come-first-serve scheme to sell these high-value flats at Crescent Tower, Tardeo, which offers premium amenities and views, previously seen as a government agency for affordable housing.
