A special PMLA court in Mumbai has closed a money laundering investigation involving a Gujarat juice manufacturer and a non-banking financial company (NBFC), concluding no wrongful loss occurred. The probe stemmed from allegations of a ₹100-crore loan partially disbursed and ₹2.92 crore siphoned off. The Economic Offences Wing had previously found no wrongdoing.
