Two men, Mohit Baisoya, 23, and Prince Baisoya, 25, were arrested in Noida for allegedly misbehaving with a woman in her 20s near a hotel. The incident, captured on video, went viral on social media. The police have charged them under several sections of the law, with one of the accused having a prior criminal record.
