The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) will soon construct a ₹115 crore flatted factory building in Sector 28, aimed at attracting medical equipment manufacturers. The four-storey complex will feature 240 plug-and-play units, shared facilities, and is designed to support MSMEs and startups. Completion is expected within two years, with similar projects planned in other sectors.
