Uttar Pradesh government sanctions <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>124 crore for new ROB at Prayagraj’s Mauaima

The Uttar Pradesh government has approved an additional ₹124 crore for a new Railway Over Bridge (ROB) at Mauaima, following a ₹950 crore sanction for the Salori–Hetapatti project. Construction will begin after Makar Sankranti, with the bridge spanning 850 meters, marking the longest ROB project in Prayagraj. Land acquisition will start by January 5, 2026.
