Vaduj police have registered a case against three unidentified individuals from Dr B J Katkar Hospital for allegedly forging the signature and credentials of Dr Sandeep Yadav, a qualified MD pathologist. The malpractice involved issuing fake medical reports, which misled patients and insurance authorities. Dr Yadav discovered the forgery when contacted for verification of the reports.
