Shreyas Iyer, India’s ODI vice-captain, is set to return to competitive cricket after a two-month injury lay-off, beginning with domestic matches for Mumbai in the Vijay Hazare Trophy on January 3 and 6. Following this, he will join the Indian ODI camp for a series against New Zealand starting January 11. Iyer had missed previous games due to an abdominal injury sustained in October.
