One call at a time: How DU's Patel Chest Institute is powering a battle against tobacco addiction

Despite a drop in follow-up engagement, 19,253 people successfully quit, showing a 20.31% success rate. The service expanded nationally in 2018, now handling 15,000 calls daily.
