Farah Khan reminisced about casting Amrita Rao for her debut film, *Main Hoon Na*, after Ayesha Takia backed out just two weeks before shooting began. Rao’s performance, likened to Sridevi's, contributed to the film's success, grossing ₹70.40 crore. Takia left for *Socha Naa Tha*, which underperformed. Recently, Rao appeared in *Jolly LLB 3*, a successful legal comedy.
