Andhra police busts international cybercrime network involved in telecom fraud

Andhra Pradesh CID, in collaboration with the Department of Telecommunications, arrested 14 members of an international cybercrime network engaged in SIM Box operations, causing a loss of Rs 20 crore. The criminals, including two foreign nationals, deceived recipients by converting international calls to local ones. Investigations revealed sophisticated operations across various states and ongoing efforts to trace additional networks.
