Fugitive diamond trader Mehul Choksi's extradition case will be heard by Belgium's Supreme Court on December 9, following an October ruling that upheld India's request for his extradition. Choksi, accused in a ₹13,000 crore PNB scam, claims he faces risks in India, but courts found no evidence to support his claims of unfair treatment. He fled to Antigua in 2018.
