Blast derails train in Pakistan's Balochistan, at least 4 injured

An explosion in Pakistan's Balochistan province derailed six bogies of a train in the Mustung district, injuring at least four people, The Down reported citing officials.

According to a report in The Pakistan Tribune, a dozen passengers were injured in the accident. Rescue teams and security forces were rushed to the site immediately after the accident.
The Pakistani authorities said that the blast occurred when the train was passing through Spezand, when the powerful explosion damaged a portion of the railway track.
“Three people were injured in the blast and have been shifted to the Civil Hospital Trauma Centre, while an injured child has been taken to Combined Military Hospital,” Dawn quoted a local health official as saying.
