A CBI court in Lucknow has sentenced Braj Kumar Pandey and Manish Kumar Srivastava to five years in prison and a fine of Rs 12 lakh each for cheating LIC of India out of Rs 15.22 lakh. The case involved fraudulent activities by Pradeep Kumar Pandey, a former Micro Processing Operator at LIC, between 2001 and 2003.
