Delhi BMW crash case: Victim could have been saved with timely care, says chargesheet

Navjot Singh, a finance ministry official, could have survived a fatal crash last September if timely medical care had been provided, according to the Delhi Police's chargesheet. The report alleges that Gaganpreet Makkad, the driver of the speeding BMW, delayed assistance and took Singh to a distant hospital, wasting critical time for trauma care.
