Delhi pollution: Railway Board asks 4 zones to replace, convert non-compliant diesel generators

The Railway Board has directed four zones to replace non-compliant diesel generator sets to curb air pollution in Delhi-NCR, following the Commission for Air Quality Management's orders. If replacements are unfeasible, zones may convert to dual fuel or install Retrofit Emission Control Devices. This initiative responds to severe air pollution concerns, especially during winter.
