The Commission for Air Quality Management has decided not to implement Stage 3 restrictions in Delhi due to a slight improvement in air quality, with the average AQI decreasing from 391 to 352 throughout the day. While the air quality remains in the "very poor" category, the subcommittee will continue to monitor the situation closely, as local pollution and unfavorable conditions persist.
