Aqeel Akhtar, 35, son of former Punjab police chief and state minister, was found dead at his Panchkula home. Police are investigating the cause, with no signs of foul play. Aqeel, a practicing lawyer and father of two, has been taken for last rites to Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The family awaits the post-mortem report.
