Hc asks varsity to file response on plea seeking PM’s academic record

The Delhi High Court has directed Delhi University to respond to appeals challenging a ruling that exempted Prime Minister Narendra Modi's academic records from disclosure under the RTI Act. The appeals, filed late by activists and a parliamentarian, argue the information serves public interest. The case will be heard again on January 16, 2024.
