Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar announced the cancellation of a sale deed for 40 acres of government land in Pune, involving his son Parth Pawar's firm, Amadea Enterprises LLP, which now faces a total stamp duty of Rs 42 crore. The firm previously claimed an exemption for a proposed data center, but the plan was dropped. The deal, valued at Rs 300 crore, is under investigation for alleged misappropriation.
