Mizoram to sign $108 million loan deal with ADB to strengthen public healthcare system
The Mizoram government will soon secure a USD 108 million loan from the Asian Development Bank to enhance its public healthcare system, with 90% of the repayment covered by the Centre. The loan supports the Mizoram Universal Health Care Scheme, which has registered over 65,000 families. Efforts are underway to improve infrastructure and services in state hospitals.
