Gurugram police arrested Madhuban, a fugitive convicted of murdering former MLA's brother in 2006, after 14 years on the run. He was sentenced to life imprisonment but released on bail in 2011. Madhuban, associated with the Lakhan gang, had fled after the murder, locking the victim's body in a box. He was apprehended in Palwal district.
