National Herald probe: ED to file appeal against court’s decision

A Delhi court has declined to accept the Enforcement Directorate's charge sheet against Sonia and Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case, prompting the ED to appeal. The agency's allegations involve money laundering linked to the newspaper's parent company, with assets worth ₹2,000 crore acquired for just ₹50 lakh. Established in 1937, the National Herald ceased operations in 2008.
