Over 44,000 flood-hit farmers have not received compensation due to technical issues: K'taka min

Karnataka Revenue Minister Krishna Byre Gowda revealed that 44,208 farmers have not received compensation for crop losses due to rain and floods, primarily due to technical mismatches in official records. He urged farmers to correct discrepancies with Aadhaar and bank details. The state has allocated over Rs 2,300 crore in total compensation for affected individuals during this monsoon season.
