Pak's ancient dying folk musical instrument, Portugal's naval carpentry art added in UNESCO ICH list
UNESCO has inscribed various cultural elements on its List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding, including Boreendo from Pakistan and Mwazindika dance from Kenya. The 20th session, hosted in India, is reviewing 67 nominations from 80 countries. Other new entries include Vietnamese woodblock printing and Paraguayan ceramic craftsmanship, highlighting global cultural diversity.
