Parth Pawar land row: Tehsildar issued 'illegal' eviction notice to Botanical Survey of India
In a controversial land deal linked to Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar's son, Parth, a suspended tehsildar ordered the eviction of the Botanical Survey of India from a 40-acre plot, claiming it was legally acquired by Amadea Enterprises. Pune District Collector Jitendra Dudi deemed the eviction notice illegal, stating the land remains government-owned despite the sale. An inquiry into the matter is ongoing.
