Phone-tapping case: SC directs former Telangana SIB chief to surrender by 11 am tomorrow

The Supreme Court has ordered T Prabhakar Rao, former chief of Telangana's Special Intelligence Bureau, to surrender by 11 am Friday for further investigation into a phone-tapping case. Rao faces allegations of misusing SIB resources for political purposes and may be declared a "proclaimed offender" if he does not appear by June 20, following prior bail denials.
