CNG supply in Mumbai was disrupted due to damage to a GAIL gas pipeline, affecting Mahangar Gas Limited’s City Gate Station at Wadala, which supplies buses, autorickshaws, and taxis. While MGL prioritized residential piped natural gas, industries were advised to use alternate fuels. The gas supply was restored later in the evening, normalizing soon thereafter.
